CK QLS are recruiting for a Transportation Operations coordination specialist, with a good background with Supply Chain and Logistics management, to join a global pharma company based in Neuchatel.

Contract: 12 months

Pay rate: 70-80CHF per hour

 

Requirement: 100% (40 hours)

 

The purpose of this role is to:

Provide to the client plants innovative best practices on transportation processes and systems and Execute EU Transportation and Export shipments exEU: planning, organizing and monitoring the transportation of intermediates and finished products from the clients plants as well as replenishment of Finished goods to 3PL’s and distributors

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor EU inbound shipments operations from PLANTS (OpUs) to DCs/RDCs.
  • Monitor EU export shipments operations from PLANTS (OpUs plants) to RDCs / DCs and to distributors on export markets.
  • Monitor LLP IDOCs issues resolution.
  • Manage Deviations/ Cases and conduct comprehensive investigations in collaboration with QA GDP & LLP to define CAPAs for commercial and non-commercial shipments.
  • Participate to QBR & Performance mgmt. of LLP and LSPs.
  • Maintain Master data on SAP LES module and GTS.
  • Support Internal/Ext. quality & SOX Audits.
  • Daily invoicing and support freight audit and monitoring for transportation activities.
  • Support Customs & Trade Compliance topics for Neuchatel site.
 

Background:

  • Bachelor in Supply Chain management or equivalent is a plus.
  • Min 2 years of prior relevant experience in Logistics management.
  • Good communication skills to manage stakeholders across levels & across countries.
  • Structured, holistic and clear in problem solving.
  • Good ability to analyse a wide variety of supply chain data to make process improvement decisions.
  • Good ability to present ideas with clarity and confidence.
  • Good Supply Chain systems knowledge (SAP LES/MM/SD,…).
  • Fluent in English in verbal and written communication.
