Technical Product Support
CK Group are recruiting for a Technical Product Specialist to join an animal health pharmaceutical company. This role is home based but with occasional travel. This is a contract role for 6 months initially.
Salary:
From £18.37 to £30.39 per hour depending upon experience
Technical Product Specialist Role:
- To service any small animal technical queries or complaints in order that the Company may provide a high quality, professional veterinary sales support for its products.
- Manage technical enquiries in a timely manner and to their resolution.
- Ensure all cases are entered on the CRM platform
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Pharmacovigilance team.
- Deliver comprehensive in-house technical training at various levels and time points as required to ensure that staff are correctly trained on the small animal products and markets as well as off label advice, where appropriate
- Provide a Company technical representation at relevant meetings, congresses and exhibitions to promote the interests of the Company amongst key industry influencers and opinion makers
Your Background:
- Experience working in a similar position within the animal health or pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support a varied range of customers
- Any knowledge of NOAH code would be beneficial
