Registered Nurse

The role:
- You'll be part of an excellent team committed to providing the highest standards of nursing, clinical and personal support to clients living with physical disabilities.
- You will conduct assessments and observe changes in health.
- Ensure all records are maintained in a timely manner in accordance with internal procedures and NMC guidelines.
Monitor teamwork areas and work practices to ensure safety and relevant legislation, policies, standards and guidance are followed and met. Criteria:
NMC registration (current)
- An excellent understanding of the NMC Code of Practice.
- First Aid qualification would be advantageous.
- Sound awareness of evidence
- based practice.
