Quality Systems Administrator

CK Group are recruiting for a Quality Systems Administrator on behalf of a leading Pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

About the Company:

Our client is a pharmaceutical research company that uniquely houses commercial, discovery, clinicaland manufacturing business units all on site.

You will be based at the company’s state of the art facilities in Hatfield, Hertfordshire with excellent links to nearby major roads and public transport.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring that operations carried out within the Quality Systems section are completed in accordance with the requirements of the departmental Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the effective running of the Quality Systems team with regards to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Training, Archiving, Administration, and other supporting activities for internal and Regional Quality Management Systems.
• Ensuring compliance with current GMP, internal Quality Systems, Corporate expectations, and Industry Standards.

Desirable experience/qualifications:

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communication links affiliated organisations and other customers.
• Computer literate e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases.
• Basic knowledge of GMP Guidelines and Regulations (desirable but not required).
