QA Team Lead
Graeme Pallas at CK Group is recruiting for a QA Team Lead to join a global manufacturing company specialising in the development and manufacturing of household products at their facilities located in Durham on a permanent basis.The Company:
Our client is leading chemical manufacture specialising in developing and producing household and laundry care products and exports them globally.
Salary:
Up to £40,000, depending on experience.
Location:
This QA Team Lead position is located in Durham, UK.
QA Team Lead Role:
As a QA Team Lead in the Quality Assurance function of this chemical manufacturing company, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the QA activities acrossthe site.
- Lead and support the sitewide QMS ensuring conformance with ISO9001 and GMP compliance.
- Perform internal and supplier audits.
- Carry out investigations, root cause analysis and implement CAPAs.
- Work closely with Operations and New Product Development teams to improve quality processes.
Your Background:
To be considered for this position, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Experience working in a QA function of a manufacturingenvironment. FMCG and GMP experience is desirable.
- Auditor qualification.
- Appreciation of continuous improvement method application.
- Good communication skills with an ability to liaise with people across all functions.
