Project Manager- Neuroscience
CK Group are recruiting for a Neuroscience cross-functional Project Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry based in Basingstoke, on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week expected on site.
Salary:
From £19.98 per hour to £26.64 per hour depending upon experience. This role is inside IR35.
Neuroscience cross-functional Project Manager role:
- As Alzheimer’s Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of key projects related to brand initiatives.
- Develop and manage project timelines of key projects ensuring milestones are met.
- Design and populate tools that enable the brand teams to track progress against key projects and flag any issues.
- Proactively update the brand management teams on progress on key projects and manage cross-functional communications and project schedules.
- Ensure process optimisation.
- Liaise with Finance Analyst to ensure OPEX spend of key initiatives are met and POs raised in a timely manner.
Your Background:
- Hold a degree in a relevant field or have equivalent working experience.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a similar coordination or project management role (2+ years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mind-set with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
