Job Title: Project Engineering Lead

Work Location: Braine L’Alleud  

Country: Belgium

Duration: 6 months

Rate: €75 phr – €97 phr (8 Hours per day)

Your main duties as a Project Engineering Lead will include:

• Starting with the handover from the feasibility study – understanding the scope of work, the cost estimates, and what the objectives of the project are.
• Taking responsibility for the planning, managing the team, as well as the budget
• Deciding on the strategy.

   

• Developing the concept design, basic designing and the detail of the design - fit with the project style, and with deliverables.
• Managing the commissioning and the handover.
• Sending Purchase Orders, collaborating with purchasing department about the rules.

Your Background:

• Years of experience in the position / total 10-15 years of experience
• Manage a large number of projects, each project would be different in terms of technics – for refurbishment, for enhancement of the facilities (the investment is for about 450k-1 million) – electricity, infrastructure, construction
• PM with management of large projects but with technical skills - experience on the field/have the sufficient experience to be able to challenge the SMEs, to be able to understand the solutions, understand if the pricing is too high.
• Experience in a regulated environment/basic knowledge of GMP.
• People management.
