People Relations Partner
CK Group are recruiting for a Public Relations Partner to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Welwyn Garden City on a contract basis for 6 months.
Salary:
Daily: £450 - £550 PAYE or £596.87 - £729.51 UMB/LTD – This role is outside IR35
People Relations Partner Role:
- Enables true partnership by encouraging our people to approach and consider employment matters with a creative mindset lens.
- Drives change with proven ability to influence business leaders and company professionals to required outcomes
- Works with the various areas of the business to create, advise, support and implement strategy for change management approach/ reorganisations/ workforce planning
- Experience in the areas of employee relations/ labor relations
- Good understanding of performance management on a global scale
- Expert negotiation skills
- Proven ability to advise on business reorganization and restructures
