Packaging Quality Specialist

CK Group are recruiting for a Packaging Quality Specialist to join a biopharmaceutical company at their site based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a Hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on site.

Salary: £15.75phr PAYE

Location:

Milton Keynes. This siteis the headquarters for the company’s animal health side of the business and houses the largest veterinary production facility in the UK.

Packaging Quality Specialist Role:

• Responsible for reviewing and approving new artwork and checking details are correct and conform with Quality and Packing requirements.
• Manage the Master Data in SAP, check the MRP views and ensure these are kept up to date and in line with best practice in SAP and supply.
• Order packaging materials using MRPin SAP and ensure stocks are in place to meet the planned requirements, liaising with Procurement to ensure smooth supply.
• Raise Change Controls for new artwork.
• Dispose of and phase out of old packaging on SAP and physical artworks, using the write off procedure.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Science (Pharmacist, Engineer or equivalent) or something similar.
• Experience in a similar role and knowledge of GMP, licenced packaging and supply chain.• Excel and SAP knowledge is required.
• Excellent eye for detail and communication skills.
