Omnichannel Strategy Manager
CK Group are recruiting for a Marketing Manager (Omnichannel strategy) to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Uxbridge on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Hourly - paying up to £49.00 PAYE
Marketing Manager (omnichannel strategy) Role:
- Campaign planning.
- Performance measurement.
- Up-skilling: Coach Customer Strategists on existing and emerging omnichannel capabilities.
- Work with brand teams, agencies, and other cross-functional partners to facilitate content creation, review, and deployment process.
- Champion derivative content through PreP process (brand marketers will lead for latest content).
- Coach Customer Strategists on streamlined/agile ways of working and modular content creation approach.
Your Background:
- Experience in Omnichannel Strategy: including marketing strategy, brand planning, omnichannel campaign design (personal, & non-personal), customer journey design, marketing operations, campaign management and tactical implementation.
- Experience in omnichannel planning and digital communications, including: Websites; Email campaigns; Display advertising development; Search engine optimization; Search engine marketing; Interactive Visual Aids; Remote Engagement; Social media execution; Mobile.
- Ability to manage agencies, vendors, partners, and project support teams.
- Proven record of coordinating and collaboration across multiple teams to prioritize competing business objectives and drive action to meet business requirements; recognized as an influential leader with credibility in stakeholder management and expectation management.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize campaign development, execution and optimization through project management and negotiation skills to build consensus, resolve conflicts and manage expectations.
- Project/program management and ability to effectively author briefs and project requirement documents.
- Experience and knowledge of the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
