Rate: In the region of CHF80,000 per year
Your main duties as a Medical Information Product Manager will include:
- Delivering on the Medical Information strategy and driving its roll out by creation of best in content, reports, and other product specific support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the maintenance of a robust Global Medical Information process that is fit for the business requirements and is audit- and inspection ready.
- Generating high quality Standard Response Letters, FAQs and ad hoc responses to address HCP, patient and various other customer enquiries.
Additional duties will include:
- Managing any external agencies and partners that support Medical Information tasks.
- Training internal teams, as required, on the Medical Information processes and the key content generation plans and deliverables.
- Ensuring on all levels cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory and R&D.
Your Background:
- Scientific educational background and minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry predominantly in the medical information function.
- Experience in a medical information role regionally and/or globally.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality Medical Information responses and operating within various cross-functional projects to improve functional capabilities.
Language requirements:
English and German (verbal and written) at professional working level.
