Medical Director, Clinical Development Oncology

Jocelyn is seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Development Oncology to join a global pharmaceutical company engaged in the development and commercialization of innovative and high-quality drugs. They are a well-known supplier of oncology drugs, surgical drugs, and interventional imaging solutions.

NJ, Remote/Hybrid position

Position:

Reporting to the VP/HO Oncology Clinical Development, China HQ, demonstrate excellence in early & late-stage clinical strategies, developing, and implementing risk-based medical monitoring, serve as the primary source of medical information for multiple early stage and late-stage studies, medical affairs, corporate, and project governance.

Medical Director, Clinical Development (Oncology) Role:

• Program Design and Evidence Generation Clinical Development
• Identify KOL’s for study design inputs, strategies, and advisory board meetings
• Drive end to end integrated clinical development strategy, & lifecycle management
• Serve as a primary source of medical accountability and study oversight

Key duties will include:

• Providing protocol, medical and scientific information during conduct of the study
• Completing medical assessment and disposition of AE, SAE data and review of SUSARs
• Supporting Clinical activities for IND submissions

In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Proven experience in Clinical Development, Scientific Leadership, Direction and Strategy in Advanced solid tumors in Targeted therapies HER2/HER3 ADC’s, I-O, and Cell therapies`
• MD or Equivalent degree in scientific field
• Previous experience with Early & Late Stage-ClinicalDevelopment, Program Design and Evidence Generation
• Effective communication with cross function teams, CRO's, KOL’s, Medical affairs and corporate team to lead strategies.
