Marketing Specialist

CK Group are recruiting for a Marketing Specialist to join a global CRO at their site based in Cambridge, MA. This position is offered on a permanent basis. 

Marketing Specialist Role:

• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaign.
• Proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
• Study the distributor’s customer base and Automation systems market for biology research laboratory, Pharma and others in the area to develop effective programs for soliciting business.

Key duties will include:

• Establishing position, identifying target customer and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market.

In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with bio-pharmaceutical industry developing process and equipment preferred.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• Relevant qualifications within Marketing.
