Laboratory Analyst

CK Group are recruiting for a Laboratory Analyst, to join an environmental testing company, at their site based in Maidstone. This is a permanent role with a salary of £25,600 pa. The hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

You must hold a UK driving licence.

Laboratory Analyst Role:

Your main duties will be:

• Undertake laboratory analysis of samples from a variety of sources.
• Analysis and investigation of results in conjunction with the senior staff.
• Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation.
• Ensuring that procedures are followed routinely.
• Undertake data entry using a Laboratory Information Management System.
• The Laboratory Analysts will uphold and comply with the requirements of UKAS Accreditation.

Your Background:

• Degree in a Science-related subject.
• Knowledge and experience of IC, ICP, Continuous Flow Analyser, Discrete Analyser would be ideal but full training will be given.
