Senior Key Account Manager

CK Group are working exclusively with a global pharmaceutical company to appoint a team of Key Account Managers across the UK for an up-and-coming product launch within Ophthalmology. There are three initial roles available based in:

  • London
  • Birmingham
  • Manchester
These roles are offered on a 2 year contract, employed by the CK Group and offer a competitive salary, excellent bonus, car allowance and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales account management to promote to HCPs and healthcare accounts.
  • Develop account plans for England Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Integrated Care Systems (ICS').
  • Promotional and strategic sales to drive depth of prescribing and formulary inclusion.
  • Identify local market access and services that need optimising.
  • Delivering results against agreed KPIs and project objectives.
  • Engage with and develop National/Regional KOLs.
  • Execute multi-channel customer interactions to build long-term customer relationships by applying patient-focused interactions.

Requirements:

  • ABPI qualified.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ideally experience in Ophthalmology (although not essential).
  • Excellent understanding of the NHS, ICBs and ICS’.
  • Strong influencing, selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent multi-channel skills experience.
