IT Support Operative

CK Group are recruiting for an IT Support Operative, to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Welwyn Garden City, on a contract basis for 6 months.

Salary:

£13.50 - £17.00 ph PAYE or £17.90 - £22.00 ph via Umbrella.

IT Support Operative Role:

• Supporting the IT service department.
• Boxing and unboxing computers.
• Upgrading laptops.

Your Background:

• A degree in an IT subject would be a benefit.
• Eager to learn and a desire to acquire new technical skills.
• Previous experience in using ITSM systems, to log and track our end users incidents would be beneficial.
• Good communication skills.
