IT Support Analyst

CK Group are recruiting for a IT Support Analyst to join a diagnostics company at their site in Burgess Hill on a contract basis for 6 months.

Salary: £20.00 to £23.00 per hour depending upon experience

IT Support Analyst Role:

• Face to face end user IT support
• Resolve IT incidents or queries
• Identify reoccurring issues and raise for further investigation
• Support hardware, software and peripherals

Your Background:

• Previous experience in a face to face supportrole
• ITIL foundation would be an advantage
• Any experience with Google Suite or Service Now would be an advantage but full training will be given
• This role is a full on site role in Burgess Hill
