IT Customer Service Analyst

CK Group are recruiting for an IT Customer Service Analyst to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Welwyn Garden City, on a contract basis for 6 months.

Salary:

Hourly £15.08 - £17.01 PAYE or £20.00 - £22.56 Umbrella

IT Customer Service Analyst Role:

• Providing customer focused support, face to face to over 2000 end users.
• using ITSM system to log, track and action end user incidents.
• working to SLAs.
• dealing with recurring issues.

Your Background:

• Previous experience of building and configuring computers for new starters.
• Experience upgrading existing user laptops.
• Experience of install and setup of laptops for corporate use.
• Experience using service management system and working to SLAs.
