IT Applications Support
CK Group are recruiting for an IT Applications Support to join a diagnostics company working field based across the UK on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Daily £200-£230 PAYE or £265-£305 Umbrella
IT Applications Support Role:· Installation and support on our systems
- Customer training
- Troubleshooting, sales and customer support
- Software modifications and product maintenance
- System optimization and consultancy for both the users and internal personnel
- System setup and workflow design
Your Background:
- Previous experience of working in a hospital / research laboratory (strongly desired)
- Proven track record of troubleshooting experience (desired)
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools (advantageous)
- Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural (strongly desired)
