We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Operations Specialist, to join our clients team in Neuchâtel. They are a world-class biotechnology manufacturing and export site, specializing in hematology. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate on global HR projects, provide operational and administrative support, and contribute to the implementation of new tools and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global HR teams on specific projects and assist the HR Director in their implementation.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the local HR team, including testing new tools and processes.
  • Participate in the development and review of work processes, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze results to create People metrics for the department.
  • Write and publish articles on current HR topics as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Successful and proven experience in HR administration; project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease in building relationships.
  • Analytical and organizational skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, reliable, and responsible with a spirit of teamwork.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint and Teams, with advanced Excel skills.

Day-to-day:

In this role, you will work closely with the HR team, contribute to global projects, and support the implementation of new tools and processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting surveys, analyzing data, and creating metrics to support HR decision-making. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to write and publish articles on various HR topics.
