Facilities Engineer

CK Group are recruiting for a Facilities Engineer to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Welwyn Garden City on a contract basis for 6 months.

Salary:

Hourly £20.00 - £25.00 PAYE or £27.00 - £33.00 Ltd/ Umb – This role is outside IR35

Facilities Engineer Role:

• Deliver excellent service to all internal customers by ensuring that the office buildings and equipment is maintained in a safe and efficient manner
• Complete planned maintenance, timelyrepair of breakdowns and conducting continuous improvement and project activities
• Responsible for planning, implementing corrective & preventive maintenance, managing projects to ensure the site's standards and assets are maintained

Your Background:

• Multi skilled with either electrical, mechanical and/or air conditioning qualifications
• Previous experience of building services and Health and Safety requirements
• Mechanical or electrical skills either through time served apprenticeship or relevant experience with relevant practical experience
• Experience of working in an office building environment, managing contractors and working on small to large projects
• Knowledge of Health and Safety in building and engineeringpractice
• Experience with Building Management Systems, current technology/systems, software applications and the ability to use the latest IT tools
