CK QLS are seeking an experienced and dedicated Expert Clinical Operations Manager to join our clients team. As an Expert Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing all clinical operations within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of clinical trials and studies while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical operations, including planning, budgeting, and execution of clinical trials and studies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency and quality of clinical operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across various departments.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of clinical operations professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Evaluate and select third-party vendors and partners to support clinical operations activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in clinical operations management, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using clinical trial management systems and other relevant software.

Day-to-Day:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on clinical operations strategies and milestones.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of clinical trials and studies.
  • Communicate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Lead and support the professional development of clinical operations team members.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
