CK Group are seeking a Business Development Lead, with a Fashion or Textiles sales background, to join a growing organisation who are using DNA sequencing and nature's own colours to create sustainable dyes that reduce the fashion industry's use of water and harmful chemicals.

Location: This is an office based role, located in Cambridge.

As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for expanding sales operations across international markets. The ideal candidate will have apassion for sustainability, a strong track record in sales and an existing network within the textile or fashion industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop a growth strategy with C-level and Commercialisation Manager
  • Conductresearch to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective customers
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Manage team of UK-based Business Development Associates

Your Background:

  • Demonstrable track record of success in sales and business development
  • Experience within the fashion and or textiles industry is essential.
  • Flexibility to travel between offices in Cambridge, London and Norwich sites.Apply:
