Automation Engineer
CK Group are recruiting for an Automation Engineer to join a pharmaceutical company based in Neuchatel on a six month contract basis.
The Company:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of therapies across small molecules, biologics, plasma and cell & gene.
Location:
This role is located at our client's site in Neuchatel and will require you to be on site 5 days per week.
Rate:
69.98 CHF per hour all in rate.
Automation Engineer Role:
Your main duties will be:
- To be the administrator and system owner of assigned equipment.
- Providing technical support, diagnosis, fault finding and maintenance for your assigned equipment.
- Assisting with improvement projects for your assigned equipment.
- Providing automation validation and FAT support.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A relevant engineering degree (ideally automation or electrical engineering).
- Prior automation engineering experience within GMP regulated manufacturing, ideally biotechnology but other pharma/medical device industries will be considered.
- Strong experience in PLC and vision software development (ideally Rockwell and IFIX Supervision).
- Knowledge of automation validation activities and factory acceptance testing.
- Good written and verbal communication in French and English.
