Accounts Receivable Analyst
CK Group are recruiting for 3 Accounts Receivable Analysts to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes, based in Swindon initially on a contract basis for 3 months.
Hourly Rate: £12.00-£13.00 per hour PAYE

Location:
Swindon. This site is a large manufacturing centre for our client with the facility being over 253,000 square feet in size. It houses the fast dissolving tablet development and manufacturing operations as well as a CMC pharmaceutical analytical lab services unit that offers ASAP stability.
Accounts Receivable Analyst Role:
- Processing of web billing invoices, by uploading these to the various customer portals
- Driving collections activities to ensure timely payments from customers
- Review, investigate, and follow up on customer disputes to ensure these are resolved promptly
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to drive prompt resolutions to outstanding queries
- Ability to analyse and reconcile accounts
Your Background:
- Previous Account Receivable experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to have difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy
- Capable of reviewing, investigating, and following up on disputes to ensure these are resolved promptly.
