ABPI Compliance Officer

The CK Group are looking for am ABPI Compliance professional to join a pharmaceutical companies Ethics and Compliance team. You will support in-house medical affairs and commercial teams, helping facilitate activities and ensure ABPI compliance.

• You will ensure there is a compliance system in place that adheres to the ABPI and PMCPA requirements.
• Provide compliance training and ensure effective records are kept and maintained.
• Provide advice and guidance the business on all ABPI related matters.
• Develop and support SOPs to ensure ABPI compliance.
• Support the wider compliance team to improve processes, identify risks and help drive a culture of compliance.
• Support contract management and appropriately outsource for legal advice when necessary.

Experience Required:

• Broad experience in ABPI compliance ethics programs, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Competition.
• Practical experience with the UK ABPI Code of practice.
• Good understanding of the importance of compliance to regulations and industry codes and experience working in accordance with regulations and industry codes.
• Proven track-record of building excellent communication channels at all business levels.
