CK Group are recruiting for an Technical Support Scientist to join a leading medical diagnostics company at their site based in Gateshead on a permanent full-time basis.

About the role:
The primary role of the Technical Support Scientist is to ensure our customers have the highest quality technical support.
This position is responsible for logging, investigating, and resolving customer complaints related to our electrophoresis and haemostasis equipment and assays. The ability to design, carry out, and report complex scientific investigations is at the core of this position.
