Productivity & Organizational Change Manager
CK Group is recruiting for a Procurement Delivery Lead on behalf of a Global Pharmaceutical Company. On a hybrid basis, accepting candidates from the UK (Hertfordshire), Germany (Mannheim), Poland (Warsaw) and Canada (Mississauga).
Key duties willinclude:
- As a Procurement Productivity & Organizational Change Manager you will work in a dynamic global environment where you will meet the challenge to draw off cross-category Procurement delivery experience to help create and validate strategies with project teams that employ a large range of levers (e.g. cost reduction, simplification, innovation or customer satisfaction).
- Providing support to align vision, values and culture through targeted change efforts, sponsor commitment, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and other strategic interventions
- Creating holistic change management strategies and integrating change management activities into project plans, including assessing the change impact related to planned developments and creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers (communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan)
- Advocating and accelerating the advancement of change management methodologies, and structured approaches for managing major transformation initiatives
Qualifications:
- You also have 5+ years within procurement
- in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of advanced project management frameworks and organizational change management principles, tools and methodologies such as PROSCI.
- A strong experience in driving Transformation and Change Management projects
- Degree in related field
