Procurement Delivery Lead
CK Group is recruiting for a Procurement Delivery Lead on behalf of a Global Pharmaceutical Company. On a hybrid basis, accepting candidates from the UK (Hertfordshire) and Canada (Mississauga).
Key duties will include:
- You will lead a team ofSr. Procurement Delivery Managers and Procurement Delivery Managers, working closely with them to develop the team vision, prioritize and focus efforts, and provide coaching and guidance to support your team’s development and growth both as individuals and as a team.
- Act as a Delivery domain lead providing thought leadership, advice, and know-how on delivery capability topics, strategies, and best practices, and shaping and defining the capability area vision and priorities.
- Developer overseeing, improving and driving delivery of sourcing, category and supplier related strategies as well as coaching team members, including modeling agile behaviors and mindsets necessary for advancing the capability vision.
- Accelerator and advocatecontent and automation development providing guidance to align on and co-create enhancements and development of automated delivery offerings, enhancing business satisfaction and driving efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience inprocurement end-to-end operations
- Deep knowledge and experience in the category area, strong knowledge of adjacent categories and overall understanding of other categories.
- Background in R+D
- Degree in related field
