Personal Assistant Support

CK Group are recruiting for a Personal Assistant Support to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry offering hybrid working at their site based in Cambridge initially on a contract basis for 6 months. You will be required on site 2 days a week.Hourly Rate: £14.48ph PAYE

Hours:

36.5 hours a week

Essential Requirements:

• It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK
• As PA to two directors within Discovery Scientist, responsible for diary support, travel, expenses, agendas and meeting organisation.
• Working with global teams in the US managing complex diaries.
• Taking minutes at meetings and circulating.
• Organising agendas and travel plans.

Personal Assistant Support Role:

• Strong PA skills are essential.
• You will have exemplary organisation skills and the ability to prioritise urgent requests.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• The ability to work with multi-national teams is essential.
