Integrated Systems Specialist

CK Group are recruiting for a Integrated Systems Specialist on behalf of an industry leading Scientific instrument manufacturer, to be based at one of their client sites in Stevenage, on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement a proactive maintenance regime for key equipment
• Oversee & participate in equipment support activities
• Act as 'first-responder' for critical equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal impact on scientific activity.
• Carryout on-going system performance analysis based upon error logs, live run interventions and root-cause analysis & trending of errors to mitigate their reoccurrence.
• Establish & maintain strong relationships with the Vendor Service Organisation.
• Provide technical mediation in the event of long running equipment issues involving multiple vendors

Your background:

• HND in a Mechatronic related subject
• Extensive experience in lab instrument support.
• Pharmaceutical / Regulated working background
• Experience of servicing scientific equipment.
