Director, Clinical Development

CK Group are looking for Director, Clinical Development to join an innovative and exciting, small early-stage Biotech. This position is based in Cambridge, UK with flexible home working available.

Director, Clinical Development Role:

• DesignClinical Programs and Protocols for assigned indications, based on in-depth understanding of the disease area (Renal/Metabolic disease).
• Provide strategic clinical guidance for the development of therapeutic compounds.
• Provide Medical oversight of protocols.
• Apply medical knowledge to guide the safe, ethical and efficient conduct of the assigned clinical trials.

Your Background:

• At least Medical Degree, further postgraduate qualifications are ideal.
• Extensive early-stageClinical Development experience in a pharmaceutical setting. Preferably in Renal/Rare Metabolic Disease.
• Strong experience developing protocols from idea to execution.
• Experience of regulatory authority interactions would be a benefit.
• Proactive and positive, problem-solving approach.
