Associate Director Epidemiology
CK Group are recruiting for an Associate Director Epidemiology to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Cambridge on a contract basis for 12 months. This role offers home working.
Salary:
- 589 p/d Ltd – this role is outside IR35
Associate Director Epidemiology Role:
- Design, execute, analyse, and interpret, internal and external communication of specific epidemiological studies and literature reviews
- Manage externally commissioned research projects
- Take a leadership role in a range of activities, including delivery of experienced epidemiology strategy, support, and scientific leadership to project teams
- Establish, maintain, and expand relationships to partner effectively with external experts and research groups
Your Background:
- Hold a degree in pharmacoepidemiology, epidemiology or related health science field (PhD preferred)
- Hands-on experience in utilizing secondary data and primary data collection studies and knowledge of patient safety databases for use in generating Real World Evidence
- Ability to apply advanced epidemiological theory and techniques
- A broad global pharmacovigilance knowledge including knowledge of PASS studies, post-marketing commitments and reporting requirements
- Knowledge of clinical trial activities and reporting requirements
