Victoria Walker

Victoria is an Associate Director of Training and Development at CK Group.

She is responsible for the day to day operational running of the Chemical Perms recruitment team and driving business development. The Chemical team specialise in permanent recruitment for all the UK, covering Chemical Manufacturing, Analytical, Waste, Environmental, Water, Construction and other related industries.

Victoria runs the internal training for our recruitment staff and is CK Group’s dedicated development champion. She was crowned winner of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s Permanent Consultant of the Year award, and also overall Recruiter of the Year in 2013.

He is responsible for managing teams across Life Science and Clinical recruitment, as well as business development and growth across multiple platforms.

Naomi Menary

Naomi is the Operations Director for CK Group.

She oversees the running of our sales teams. Naomi leads all aspects of the people and culture strategy for the business, including EDI and CSR initiatives, as well as providing internal support to the company, monitoring and maintaining compliance and good working standards across the business.

Having joined CK Group in 2012, she brings a wealth of experience including an MSc in Human Resource Management and Training.
