Natasha is a very experienced recruiter within the Life Science, Pharmaceutical and Engineering industries, she is a keen devotee and promoter of women in STEM.

Karen is a Senior Key Account Executive for CK Group.

She focuses on supporting the contract and temporary recruitment programs for a number of the world’s top global pharmaceutical organisations across the UK and Europe.

Karen previously worked in our Clinical Research team, recruiting for Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, CRO, Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Data Management and Biometrics.

She was nominated for Newcomer of the Year at the 2022 REC awards, and was part of a large project taken on by CK Group, where we recruited for over 100 Research Nurses and Practitioners nationally.
