Julia Day

Julia is a Client Partner for CK Group’s Client Client Partner and Business Development team, focussing on the Clinical Research sector.

She is responsible for mid to senior-level appointments across the UK, Switzerland, Germany and the US.

Julia has been recruiting within the Pharmaceutical industry since 2005, with a significant proportion of this dedicated to Medical Affairs and Healthcare Compliance & Governance.

She specialises in both contract and permanent roles, aiding businesses to find the most appropriate recruitment solution and service for their individual project. This can include a variety of solutions from contingent to retained searches and everything in between.

Julia also has a strong focus on business development and client relationships.

Jim is a Client Partner for CK Group’s Client Partner and Business Development team, focussing on senior-level appointments across Pre-Clinical and Clinical Research in the UK, Switzerland, Germany and the US.

Jim has been recruiting within the Pharmaceutical industry since 1998, with a significant proportion of this dedicated to Translational Medicine, Clinical Development, Clinical Quality Assurance and Clinical Operations.

He specialises in both contract and permanent roles, aiding businesses to find the most appropriate recruitment solution and service for their individual project. This can include a variety of solutions from contingent to retained searches and everything in between.

Jim works with Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies, CROs and Healthcare charities.

Naynesh Mistry

Naynesh is a Client Partner for CK Group’s Client Partner and Business Development team, focussing on senior level appointments across UK and Europe, supporting his clients on contingent, exclusive or retained searches. This could be anything from Senior/Principal Scientists up to Leadership Board/C-suite levels.

His areas of expertise include; Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D, Project Management, Translational Medicines, Bioinformatics, Laboratory and Non-Laboratory based roles, Operations/Production, Medical Devices, Genomics, FMCG and other Scientific and Engineering functions.

Naynesh is a qualified Scientist, beginning his career working in Formulation and R&D, with over 7 years industry experience.

He previously managed our Life Science team, specialising in permanent recruitment for all of the UK, covering the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device and other related industries.
