Victoria Walker

Victoria is an Associate Director of Training and Development at CK Group.

She is responsible for the day to day operational running of the Chemical Perms recruitment team and driving business development. The Chemical team specialise in permanent recruitment for all the UK, covering Chemical Manufacturing, Analytical, Waste, Environmental, Water, Construction and other related industries.

Victoria runs the internal training for our recruitment staff and is CK Group’s dedicated development champion. She was crowned winner of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s Permanent Consultant of the Year award, and also overall Recruiter of the Year in 2013.

Georgia Barnes

Georgia is the Recruitment Manager for CK Group’s Life Science Perms team.

She focuses on permanent recruitment within the Life Science industry for all of the UK. Georgia’s specialist areas include; Laboratory, Process, Quality, Micro/Molecular Biology, Cell & Gene, QA GLP and Antibody Discovery related roles.

Before her career in recruitment, Georgia worked in industry as a Laboratory and Testing Manager at Diagnostics Testing Laboratory.

Tehmina is a Recruitment Consultant for CK Group’s Chemical Perms team.

She focuses on permanent recruitment within the Chemicals industry for all of the UK. Tehmina recruits for entry to senior level appointments, specialising in Waste, Fine Chemicals, Materials, Cosmetics, Paints & Coatings and Environmental sectors.

Tehmina is a MChem qualified Chemist, bringing a wealth of chemicals knowledge to the team.

Hendre Moolman

Hendre is a Principal Recruitment Consultant at CK Group, specialising in clinical roles across the UK and EU. With extensive experience in Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Writing—including QPPVs—he supports both permanent and contract recruitment within the clinical research industry.
