Website Engagement Manager

CK Group are recruiting for a Website Engagement Manager based in Basingstoke with a pharmaceutical company on a contract basis for 12 months.

This role offers hybrid working, with 2-3 days a week in the office in Basingstoke.

Salary:

£29.68 - £38.72 per hour PAYE

Website Engagement Manager Role:

• Develop the website strategy & roadmap/plan for the Northern European Hub.
• Own the planning, execution, & optimization of content across the website – from global content to local.

• Work closely with legal & regulatory to ensure all content is compliant.
• Work closely with the creative agency, overseeing creative development for campaigns.
• Work with internal cross-functional teams to drive better experiences across key audiences.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in consumer marketing on websites.

• Proven project management experience & qualifications.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer data, insights & planning techniques and tools.

• Experience working with agencies.
