Validation Engineer
CK Group are recruiting for a Validation Engineer to join a pharmaceutical company at their site based in Nottingham on a contract basis until the end of August 2024.
The Company:
Our client is a manufacturer of a number of name brand pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
Salary: £55.00-£65.00 per hour. This role is outside IR35 so will require the worker to invoice via their own LTD company or an umbrella company.
Location:
This role is located at our client's Nottingham site and will require the worker to be on site every day.
Validation Engineer Role:
Your main duties will be:
- Contributing to all aspects of equipment, process, facilities, utilities and cleaning validation.
- Ensuring accuracy of the validation matrix is maintained and that re-qualification activities are undertaken when needed.
- Plan validation activities and drive for their completion on time.
- Supporting validation activities of other validation team members when required.Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A degree or equivalent experience in engineering within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Extensive experience in validation of equipment, process, facilities, utilities and cleaning within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- An expert knowledge of GMP requirements.
- Expert knowledge of the generation and sequence of key documents, URS, FDS, VP, DQ, FAT, SAT, IOQ, PQ / PV, VSR.
- Knowledge of CSV, data integrity and GAMP 5 guidelines would be an advantage.
