CK QLS is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join a Global Biopharmaceutical company based in Lucerne on a 12 months contract basis.

 

Commuting: Maximal commuting time for this position is 60-90 min/way. The candidate is expected to work 2-3 days/week onsite.

Working time: Working time starts between 8-9h. There are some regular meetings with counterparts in US in the afternoon (estimated to be approx. 3-5h./week).

 

Responsibilities

The primary activities include but are not limited to:

  • Creation of label text translations using a translation database and approval of the translations regarding study
  • specific, company
  • internal, and country
  • specific regulatory requirements.
  • Creating and monitoring the project schedule and coordinating projects from label text translation to delivery of labels to the packaging department.
  • Ensures through effective project management that communication to the relevant parties is guaranteed at all times and that the project requirements can be met.
  • Advising the responsible project manager on the determination of the label text in compliance with international regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
  • Ensuring that GMP quality and safety standards are met in Label Translation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.  

Qualifications

Ideal candidate has in minimum an Apprenticeship (Laboratory, Pharmacy, Business administration etc.) and preferred at least 2 years experience in the clinical supplies packaging/labeling operations. Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures and SOP execution.
