Supply Chain Manager
CK Group are recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager to join a company in the animal health and pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
£31.00- £41.10 per hour PAYE, plus car allowance.
Supply Chain Manager Role:
- Accountable for execution of applicable cluster/affiliate S&OP meetings to drive alignment between key stakeholders around demand management, product supply and inventory levels.
- Maintains working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain components including inventory management, logistics operations, and seasonal planning.
- Report out on globally-driven KPIs for their affiliate and develop any additional metrics needed to support the performance of the affiliate.
- Develop, train and coach supply chain professionals; drive engagement and collaboration; complete performance management cycle for all team members.
- Communicate issues back to International Supply Chain Team and key stakeholders to determine methodology for resolution.
- Understanding of SAP and other Supply Chain systems/tools, especially around Demand and Replenishment processes.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management (alternatively, CPIM certified or in progress) or applicable experience.
- 3+ year’s experience in the Pharmaceutical, Veterinary or Consumer Goods industry.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts, tools and business processes
- Strong business/financial acumen and analytical/problem-solving skills

This role is based at our clients' site in Hook on a hybrid basis (2-3 days per week on site, remaining work from home).
