Senior Associate Strategic Planning and Operations
CK Group are recruiting for an Associate Clinical Operations to join a biopharmaceutical company who are based in Uxbridge on a contract basis for 12 months.

The role is based in Uxbridge and offers hybrid working.
Hourly Rate:
£21.45phr PAYE.
Role:
- Accountable for project management support and operational activities for GDO functional head and related leadership team.
- Support the functional communication plan including creating memos for functional head and oversight of functional memos as well as facilitating distribution of all functional memos.
- Manages updates and maintenance of functional SharePoint sites.
- Provide project management support including annual Face to Face Meetings, Special Departmental Cross Functional Projects.
- Meeting management support of functional All-Staff meetings, leadership team meetings and various other GDO cross-functional meetings.
- Business operations support including functional document updates, functional budget and headcount tracking, goals development and tracking.
Your Background:
- Educated to degree level or above in Life sciences or a related field.
- Biopharmaceutical industry experience and some knowledge and understanding of Clinical trial execution.
- Budget and project management experience preferred.
- Experience with Project Management tools and processes (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong computer literacy, including word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications.
