Sales Manager
CK Group are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a company who is a supplier of Clean Air Solutions used in the Pharma and Biotech industry in a Hybrid role, on a permanent basis in the South of England. Your territory would be Oxford, Cambridge and London.
As a Sales Manager, your role will focus on:
- Working on the successful generation of new leads and sales, as well as maintaining current client relationships.
- Leading, supporting, coaching and managing your sales team in the field.
- Handling tender processes, including compiling required documentation and collaborating with Principals and contractors to offer optimal technical and commercial solutions.
Additional responsibilities:
- Following up on sales leads with customers, providing accurate technical and commercial responses to inquiries.
- Developing and executing a targeted business development strategy for both new and existing customers, including cross-selling opportunities within the customer base.
To succeed in this role, you will need to come from a proven sales background with experience of Sales of Clean Air Solutions.
- Demonstrate the ability to sell through identifying consensual needs and providing appropriate solutions, particularly within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
- Exhibit the capacity to quickly grasp and adapt to new process technologies.
