Rewards Advisor
CK Group are recruiting for a Rewards Advisor to join a leading global food brand company on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid role, on site in Bournville, Birmingham 2-3 days per week with the rest home/remote working.
Salary:
£24.52 ph to £31.25 ph PAYE
Rewards Advisor Role:
- Ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met
- Act as co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure that SOPs and data protection activities comply with International policies and the law
- Drive standardisation and simplification of processes
- Offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process
- Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience
- Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experience
- Have effective communication skills, apply interpersonal skills and take initiative
- Be a good team player and with influencing skills
- Stakeholder management experience
