QC Technician

CK Group are recruiting for a QC Technician, to join a manufacturing business based in Birkenhead, on a permanent basis.

These are shift based roles, either 4-Day Week (Mon–Thurs, 1pm–10pm)

or Monday - Thursday from 8am until 5pm and Friday 8am -12.30pm

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing incoming goods inspections.
• Conducting finished product quality control.
• Carrying out chemical analysis of raw materials & concentrates.
• Completing BMRs and quality documentation accurately & QA teams.
• Segregating and managing non-conforming materials.
• Calibrating, verifying and monitoring lab measuring equipment.

• Previous QC laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of GMP practices.
• Ideally, experience testing packaging, raw materials, components & blends.
• Familiarity with COAs and COCs.
• A meticulous, organised approach and strong attention to detail.
