Project Manager Chemistry - Korean Market
CK Science is in search of a Project Manager (Chemistry) to join a pioneering quantum physics-based, AI-powered pharmaceutical R&D firm.
With operations spanning China and the U.S., this role will collaborate closely with the BD Manager focused on the Korean market to cultivate and expand the company's client base within Korea.
Location:
Remote, with the option to work from anywhere in the U.S.
Reporting to:
VP of Business Development and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute sales strategies to meet targets and elevate revenue.
- Identify and engage prospective clients while nurturing existing relationships.
- Articulate the company's chemistry services' advantages to potential clients effectively.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to bolster service visibility and foster leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal R&D and delivery teams to ensure timely and precise project completion.
- Monitor project advancement, preemptively addressing risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Furnish regular project updates and reports to partners, ensuring comprehensive awareness of project status and advancement.
- Continuously refine key account management processes and tools to enhance engagement efficiency and efficacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a pertinent field (e.g., chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry).
- Minimum of 2 years' project management experience, preferably in the medical/chemistry/material automation sector.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in drug discovery and/or process chemistry research and development roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at conveying complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple internal and external projects concurrently, adept at prioritization and deadline adherence.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management aptitude, capable of identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Proficiency in Korean.
