Process Technician

CK Group are recruiting for a Process Technician

to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry in Motherwell & Stirling on a contract basis for 12 months.

Shifts:

On shift rotation:

Early shift: 0600-1415 Monday to Friday

Back shift: 1400-2200 to Monday to Thursday & Friday 1400-2045

Salary:

Per hour £18-£18.87 PAYE or £24.13-£25.17 Umbrella

Process Technician Role:

• Work in close collaboration with manufacturing operators & engineers to become highly competent in manufacturing line operation, processes and procedures.
• Support monitoring of product & process data using statistical analysis techniques.
• Diagnosis & troubleshooting of problems using a methodical approach & report progress in a structured way.
• Conduct CTQ testing & material / product analysis techniques.
• Investigate & resolve non-conformances / quality events & help develop robust OCAP’s & preventative measures.
• Support validation activities & completion of validation documentation in line with business needs .

• A hands-on Process Technician with a good level of relevant industry experience (preferably medical device related)
• Preferably degree qualified & Process Excellence Green or Black Belt
• Experience of optimising product & processes
• GMP experience
• Experience in rotary converting and / or reel to reel printing (rotary screen / flexographic etc.) additional advantage
• Experience of using CAD software
