CK QLS are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal, to join our clients team in Allschwil, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will assist and provide a range of legal support to our local lawyers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review legal documents, such as CDAs and Consultant Agreements.
  • Coordinate with clients.
  • File legal documents.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Organize and maintain executed contracts (archiving system).
  • Coordinate and manage the local clinical trial insurance programs, like renewal and/or adaption of policies etc.
  • Liaise with the Global Head of Insurance on all insurance matters for Allschwil.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies or related field.
  • Paralegal certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with Swiss legal procedures is preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in given location (Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).

Day-to-day:

The Paralegal will work closely with legal counsels to ensure efficient legal operations. This will involve drafting and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with clients, filing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Additionally, the role will involve providing administrative support and managing local clinical trial insurance programs.
