Operational Support Specialist

CK Group are recruiting for a Clinical Supplies Assistant

to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 3 months.

Salary:

From £32.04 ph to £47 ph PAYE or £35.90 to £54.71 ph via umbrella

Clinical Supplies Assistant

Role:

• Serve as a point of contact for customer queries and requests, and opportunities, ensuring timely and professional support.
• Maintain clear documentation for operational processes, SOPs, and workflows.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage set-ups, production and delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Identify process gaps, recommend enhancements, and work with relevant teams to implement best practices. optimising productivity and resource utilisation
• Troubleshoot and escalate operational concerns, ensuring effective resolution.

Your Background:

• Operational support or customer service experience; plant or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Exceptional multitasking, prioritisation, and accuracy in a dynamic setting.
• Proficiency with office software; experience with SAP or supply chain systems is advantageous.
• Experience within pharmaceutical or clinical trial administration
