Job Title: Medical Science Liaison - Neuroscience

Location: Northern Germany

Salary: €125,000 pa, plus company bonus and company car

CK Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading global biopharmaceutical company, dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with serious conditions.

This is a permanent, field-based MSL role covering the Northern Germany region, working within a highly collaborative Medical Affairs team.

Medical Science Liaison Role:

As a Medical Science Liaison, you will act as a key scientific partner to healthcare professionals, providing unbiased, in-depth scientific exchange on current and future treatments in neuroscience.

You will support the company’s medical strategy across the territory, serve as a therapeutic expert in your field, and contribute to evidence generation and stakeholder engagement.

Further responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, and other key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Acting as a scientific resource for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Delivering scientific presentations and supporting speaker engagements.
  • Supporting clinical trial activities and identifying research opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and supporting product launches and lifecycle management.

Your Background:

  • Medical, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences degree; MD or PhD preferred.
  • Strong scientific expertise in Neuroscience or CNS disorders.
  • Proven experience in an MSL or field-based medical role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep understanding of the German healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to travel across Northern Germany as required.
